Our Partners

Second Chance Families Project collaborates with community organizations, recovery programs, reentry services, and family support agencies to help remove transportation barriers.

We actively seek partnerships with caseworkers, treatment providers, courts, and community-based organizations.
Current Focus:

Transportation support for reunification, recovery, court compliance, and family stabilization needs.

Support Our Work

Family Resources

We help connect families to trusted community resources including:

Recovery & Treatment

Local outpatient and inpatient treatment programs, recovery meetings, and peer support services.

Family & Child Welfare Support

Parenting programs, reunification services, supervised visitation resources, and family counseling.

Legal & Reentry Support

Legal aid, court support services, probation/reentry programs, and expungement assistance resources.

Basic Needs

Food assistance, housing referrals, emergency shelter, and transportation support services.

Make a Referral

Caseworkers, counselors, and community partners can refer families needing transportation assistance to help maintain stability and reunification progress.

Transportation support may include visitation travel, treatment appointments, court appearances, and other stability-related needs.
